Each 2024 NCAA championship needed its own presentation box — a premium, matte black lid carrying that event's official mark, from fencing and ice hockey to tennis and two track & field championships.
Every championship has a different logo, color set and host city, and several carry a second anniversary or festival mark, so the boxes could not come from one generic printed stock.
We printed every lid directly on our UV flatbed press. A white underbase goes down first so the NCAA blue, navy and gold read true on the black stock, then full-color CMYK prints in register on top in the same pass.
Each championship ran as its own artwork file, with the secondary marks — the Division II and Division III 50th-anniversary badges and the Division II National Championships Festival logo — placed and printed alongside the main event mark.
Five championships, each with its own printed box, all from one shop floor.
The marks print straight onto the box with no labels or decals to peel or lift, and because the artwork stays on file, a reprint for the next championship is a file swap rather than a new setup.
