02How we use it
- To respond to your quote request or message.
- To prepare pricing, proofs and production timelines for a job you have asked about.
- To fulfill an order you place with us directly.
- To send the monthly shop-notes email, only if you signed up for it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
03Files you upload
Drawings, photos or spec sheets attached to a quote request are used only to prepare that quote. We do not share uploaded files outside JBOBS except where a subcontractor needs them to produce your part, and we keep them only as long as reasonably needed for the job and our business records.
06How long we keep it
We keep quote and contact information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, complete an order, and maintain our business and tax records, or until you ask us to delete it.
07Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from the shop-notes email at any time using the link in that email. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
08Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
09Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
